Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage program delivery across multiple projects, tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive program governance, reporting, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models and facilitate effective communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• Strong experience managing large, cross-functional programs.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Experience working with global clients.
• Background in IT, Cloud, or Digital transformation programs.
