You will manage project lifecycles and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery across the product portfolio.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracking tools to document milestones, issues, and project jeopardies.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and create actionable plans for process objectives.
• Manage project timelines, planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support the intake process and maintain a holistic view of the product portfolio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proficiency in Risk Management and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, TimelinePro, and GSuite.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with APIs.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification or formal training.
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems or software engineering.
