Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-workscream technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business leaders, senior executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
• Own program delivery, developing plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights for non-technical audiences.
• Establish program governance, operating cadence, and track KPIs and OKRs.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Operations teams to ensure clear handoffs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent roles.
• Proven experience managing senior executive stakeholders in large enterprises or Big Tech.
• Strong background in technology programs (software, platforms, infrastructure, data, or enterprise systems).
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience preparing and presenting materials for executive and board-level audiences.
• Familiarity with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Data concepts.
• Experience in Program Governance and Risk Management.
