Description

You own the planning and operational execution for the SIEM modernization program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation, standardization, and maintenance of program-level documentation and operational procedures.
• Establish process governance across the SIEM modernization effort and implement process improvements.
• Manage operational ticketing systems, including configuration, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Lead policy drafting initiatives, driving consensus and managing approvals for the program.
• Design and build a SharePoint-based Center of Excellence for centralized knowledge management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency with operational ticketing systems, specifically Jira.
• Technical mindset regarding security tooling, data pipelines, and SIEM architecture.
• Experience translating technical knowledge into scalable documentation, such as runbooks and policy artifacts.
• Ability to develop end-user enablement materials, including training guides and FAQs.
• Experience managing status tracking, risk identification, and mitigation strategies for program execution.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical leads, security SMEs, and delivery stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and maintaining SharePoint-based knowledge bases or Centers of Excellence.
• Background in security operations or SIEM modernization projects.
