You will lead complex IT initiatives and manage the full system development life cycle for supply chain development and testing services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT initiatives to deliver within defined scope, quality, and timeframes.
• Lead multiple Scrum teams using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee resource planning, including surging capabilities and integrating additional staff as project needs evolve.
• Direct technical governance for supply chain development and testing services.
• Supervise system development life cycles related to SAP and Digital Architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or as a Technical Governance Lead.
• Proven experience managing supply chain development and testing services.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and leading multiple Scrum teams.
• Experience with SAP and Digital Architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong resource planning and staff integration capabilities.
• Direct experience in the Telco industry.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Knowledge of Gen AI tools and their application in enhancing IT delivery productivity and quality.
