Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle from planning to benefits realization, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at various levels, facilitating clear communication and expectation management throughout the program.
• Drive benefits management activities to track, report, and maximize value delivery from program initiatives.
• Lead pursuit and proposal efforts, including strategy development, coordination, and submission to support business growth.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and crises, escalating issues as appropriate and implementing improvements where necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in developing detailed project plans and managing resources.
• Experience in benefits realization and tracking program value delivery.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
• Proficient in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience leading pursuit and proposal management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members in program management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of organizational standards and best practices in program management.
