Description

You will manage end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for the North America Public Sector team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track GTM, program, and strategic AWS Public Sector initiatives for North America.
• Collaborate with onshore Marketing, Business Development, and offshore pre-sales teams to ensure proposal preparation stays on track.
• Partner with regional sales teams to plan quarterly campaigns and build relationships with AWS representatives.
• Develop SOPs to drive operational best practices and ensure team adoption.
• Identify and resolve program hurdles, inter-dependencies, and issues to maintain project timelines.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in program and project management.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales techniques.
• Ability to coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Experience in customer communication and nurturing internal and external relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in timeline-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud, AI, and emerging trends in data science and machine learning.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the United States Public Sector market.
• Familiarity with AWS programs and GTM motions.
• Techno-functional knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
