Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of functional components within scope and budget.
• Manage and mentor functional delivery managers, business analysts, and solution architects.
• Implement best practices in functional delivery, including Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery.
• 5+ years in functional leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects.
• Expertise in Agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in PMP, CBAP, or SAFe Agilist.
