Description

You will own program management for engineering initiatives, covering planning, execution tracking, and delivery governance across the full lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive DevOps-aligned delivery practices to improve release cadence, quality, and operational readiness.
• Manage SDLC execution across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and release coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality targets using structured program reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) to meet program outcomes.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of relevant experience in product, project, or program management.
• Minimum 5 years in IT/engineering program management.
• Strong experience in program management and engineering delivery.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in DevOps-driven development and release environments.
• Knowledge of project planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) practices.
