You will manage complex programs from initiation through delivery, aligning execution with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including program managers, project managers, and technical leads.
- Oversee the program lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and maintain executive relationships.
- Drive process improvements and establish PMO structures for governance.
Required Skills
- 12–16 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years in Banking and Financial Services and Cards domain exposure.
- Proficiency in SDLC models and knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong program management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in PM tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the program lifecycle.
- Excellent time management, financial management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
