You will manage complex programs from initiation through delivery, aligning execution with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including program managers, project managers, and technical leads.
  • Oversee the program lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and maintain executive relationships.
  • Drive process improvements and establish PMO structures for governance.

Required Skills

  • 12–16 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years in Banking and Financial Services and Cards domain exposure.
  • Proficiency in SDLC models and knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong program management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in PM tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the program lifecycle.
  • Excellent time management, financial management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
