Description

Lead and coordinate projects for the Architecture and Engineering team to ensure predictable delivery across cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large scope projects, including budget validation, cost variance tracking, and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute project plans, task schedules, and implementation processes from initiation to closure.
• Drive project timelines, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and scope change management.
• Monitor key metrics including scope, budget, risk, resources, and schedule to provide detailed reporting on milestones.
• Mentor the project management team on best practices, standards, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in large operating environments.
• Proven experience managing technology projects focused on infrastructure upgrades and technology transformation.
• Direct experience working with Agile teams.
• Experience working within the banking or financial industry.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proficiency with MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
