Description

You will own the strategic planning and execution across complex IT programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including technical and project leads.
• Oversee the full program lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12-16 years of overall IT experience, preferably in Cards/Financial Domain.
• Strong leadership and project management knowledge.
• Proficiency in SDLC models and practical knowledge of Waterfall and Agile principles.
• Expertise in planning in rapidly changing environments while providing guidance.
• Proficiency in PM Tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for complex audiences.
• Ability to manage timelines and expectations between technical and business staff.
• Strong time and financial management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
