Description

Oversee substation and transmission line projects, from feasibility analysis through execution and client delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, product designs, and changes.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients and negotiate specifications.
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff while maintaining their technical competence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Utility experience, specifically for substation and transmission line projects.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
