Program Manager

You will lead and deliver cybersecurity projects and programs while managing stakeholder communications and project lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on status, risks, and issues.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead and mentor project team members by assigning tasks and providing necessary support.
• Ensure network security policies and configurations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience leading or delivering cybersecurity projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity areas including PCI, IAM, GRC, Threat, and Vulnerability.
• Proven track record of leading compliance initiatives in multistakeholder environments.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and risks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• PMI, CSM, or similar project management certifications.
• Certifications related to project management or network security.
