Description

Lead data management efforts within an enterprise program focused on architecting data models and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business, data, and enterprise architecture staff, data stewards, and custodians.
• Design and implement data management processes using advanced data modeling expertise.
• Define and utilize taxonomies to improve data organization, classification, and metadata management.
• Develop and mature enterprise data models, data flows, and strategic roadmaps.
• Bridge the gap between business architecture and National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in metadata management and taxonomy development.
• Experience managing the complete data lifecycle within complex organizational structures.
• Familiarity with the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM).
• Knowledge of Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment.
• Ability to work with Business Capability Models.
