Description

You will govern complex project lifecycles, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications for delivery and transition phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the master project schedule, managing critical path dependencies and resource allocation across parallel workstreams.
• Govern TM contract financials, including milestone billing, change order documentation, and risk identification.
• Lead cutover, hypercare, and AMS transition planning, ensuring smooth post-project handover and knowledge transfer.
• Chair weekly steering meetings and prepare executive status reports, escalating blockers and facilitating go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate multivendor efforts, including Esri, Oracle, VertiGIS, and ArcFM integrations, ensuring alignment with client timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project leadership and delivery governance experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps for schedule and issue tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience with risk/crisis management, change management, and issue escalation.
• Knowledge of Oracle OCI provisioning and integration partner timelines.
• Background in UAT signoff processes and benefits management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Experience with GIS platforms including Esri and ArcFM.
