Description

You will own the end-to-end management of complex, global training and enablement programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer the structured quarterly training intake process, aligning it with business priorities.
• Develop and manage the multi-regional training schedule, ensuring global coverage and time zone consideration.
• Define learning objectives with requestors, mandate standardized content templates, and deploy awareness campaigns.
• Execute live streaming sessions via platforms like Zoom/Workplace, facilitating Q&A and providing technical support.
• Analyze performance data from surveys and streams to report on impact and drive continuous program improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of documented experience managing complex, global training programs.
• Strong proficiency in project management and organizational processes.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing across international regions.
• Advanced proficiency with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Workplace).
• Proven ability to operate across disparate international time zones.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and using data to steer program direction.
• Exceptional communication skills to manage intake, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
