Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project lifecycles, covering discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive implementation across functional, technical, data, integration, and change management tracks.
• Conduct business workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Oversee S/4HANA configuration, integrations, and data migration activities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years IT experience, including 10+ years in Project Management.
• 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Experience with S/4HANA Brownfield implementations (Readiness Check, Maintenance Planner, SUM/DMO, ATC, CVI, custom code remediation).
• Proven track record managing global or multi-country SAP programs.
• Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2/Agile preferred).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
