Description

You will lead product portfolio management and drive large-scale, organization-wide initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product portfolio, including idea intake, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Develop new programs to support key strategic objectives and manage various initiatives.
• Provide high-level status updates on complex product launches to executive management.
• Interface cross-departmentally to move projects forward, report progress, and communicate risks.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of program management experience, including product launches, IT, and enterprise projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Experience presenting to and working with C-level executives.
• Proven ability to drive results and take ownership of complex programs.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to communicate effectively across both business and technology functions.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous tasks and shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Compile concise summaries and deliverables for the President and C-level executives.
