Description

You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex deliverables across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery by coordinating dependencies, risks, and impediments across various organizations.
• Facilitate project routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Communicate work objectives and provide visibility into deliverable health, schedule, and metrics to leadership and executives.
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource planning, financial management, and issue escalation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
• Proven experience acting as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Strong proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project financial management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile SDLC, payments, and complex systems.
