You will oversee multiple large-scale IT programs concurrently, ensuring coordination across diverse IT and business departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large IT programs and multiple technical workstreams to align with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute project plans while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with IT and business departments to conduct requirements sessions and facilitate regular status updates.
• Communicate project status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, team members, and senior managers.
• Influence key decisions across stakeholder groups and foster communication between internal and external parties.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks.
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams within a broader program.
• Ability to contribute expertise to major project deliverables and milestones.
• Experience serving as an advisor to align technical strategies with company objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Degree in any field.
