Description

You will lead major projects and manage complex programs within a matrix organization of architects, engineers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverable dates and track progress across multiple systems to ensure target dates are met.
• Mitigate project risks and escalate issues to technical executives as necessary.
• Own status reporting, financial tracking, and forecasting for assigned projects.
• Develop key messaging and communications for senior leadership.
• Build consensus among business leaders to solve problems and achieve objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience managing progress tracking via multiple disparate systems.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Background in management consulting.
• Experience managing large-scale programs or solving unique organizational challenges.
