Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Security Hub program, managing governance, budgets, and stakeholder alignment for a multi-million-dollar initiative in a highly regulated financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage program governance structures, steering committees, and executive review forums.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and resource forecasts to ensure successful Phase 1 (Q3 2026) and Phase 2 (Q4 2026) delivery.
• Manage project budgets, staffing plans, and resource utilization while monitoring financial performance and delivery metrics.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies to leadership.
• Coordinate operational readiness, hypercare support, and compliance audit requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of program and project management experience.
• 10+ years managing large-scale cybersecurity, technology transformation, cloud, or infrastructure programs.
• Experience leading distributed delivery teams within highly regulated financial services environments.
• Proficiency in program management tools: ServiceNow, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Security, OpenShift, and security operations governance.
• Strong ability to manage executive stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity and access management and enterprise integration programs.
• Background in operational resilience and vendor/partner management.
