Description

You will manage complex programs within the insurance and revenue cycle domains, owning timelines and ensuring delivery visibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project progress against established timelines.
• Document project issues and risks to ensure visibility.
• Escalate blockers to keep project delivery on track.
• Manage interpersonal stakeholder relationships and communicate status effectively.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of Program Management experience.
• Background in the Insurance industry.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle management.
• Cloud experience including AWS or GCP.
• Budgeting management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• 10+ years of experience.
