Establish and manage end-to-end technology projects to deliver desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure project success.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates effectively.
• Manage project financials, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and foster a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of comprehensive project management experience, including end-to-end delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with certifications such as Agile Scrum Master or RTE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience working within the financial industry is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
