Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables that align with business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and business processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices particularly in healthcare interoperability using FHIR and Intersystems HealthShare.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including plans, reports and performance metrics.
• Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes for the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging insights from project performance and stakeholder feedback for better results.
• Ensure the effective utilization of resources balancing workload and priorities across teams for optimal productivity.
• Maintain a focus on delivering solutions that positively impact society particularly in the healthcare domain.

Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management roles with proven track record of managing projects in hybrid work environments
