You will manage and oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and business processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, Intersystems).
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java, and Web Services.
• Experience with Intersystems technologies (Ensemble, HealthShare, Cache, IRIS) and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Project Management principles (PMP).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management and risk mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
