job responsibilities include:
Lead the full lifecycle management of large, complex programs spanning multiple business and technology organizations.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Partner with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders to communicate program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, staffing requirements, and financial reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage cross-functional dependencies.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects to ensure alignment, resource optimization, and successful delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
10+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and projects from initiation through implementation.
Strong experience with enterprise program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive communications.
Strong financial management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing large enterprise digital transformation or IT modernization programs.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project management certifications.
Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and distributed project teams.
Strong background in portfolio management and strategic planning
