You will lead human resources functions and strategic business partnerships across all regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to implement workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning strategies.
• Manage employee relations issues, including mediations, settlement agreements, conflict resolution, and restructures.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations peers to handle investigations, grievances, and arbitrations within unionized work groups.
• Oversee the performance management process, including the creation of Performance Improvement Plans and progressive discipline.
• Utilize data and metrics to provide counsel on operational effectiveness and divisional goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of HR Generalist experience with an emphasis on business partnerships and labor activities.
• 2 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in Employee Relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Deep knowledge of Labor Relations and working within unionized environments.
• Proven ability to manage compliance regarding FMLA, ADA, and EEO regulations.
• Strong background in change management and organizational development.
