You will manage programs and drive organizational change within the Chicago office.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement and organizational change management initiatives.
• Manage full program lifecycles using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate project workflows, timelines, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication across teams using MS Teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Agile methodology exposure.
• Proficiency with MS Teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Aviation industry experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or LSS exposure.
• Proficiency with Visio.
