You will oversee performance, compliance, and delivery for multiple OMI projects and task orders within federal and state government environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage inter-agency and third-party vendor coordination, ensuring strict adherence to contract deliverable schedules and IPHEC regulations.
• Oversee the implementation of IAM (Okta) and IGA (SailPoint) workflows within Azure environments, collaborating closely with Illinois DoIT.
• Monitor staffing levels, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure task orders remain within budget and meet all compliance requirements.
• Provide executive reporting to OMI and stakeholders on project outcomes and status.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of program and project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams and federal contracts.
• Strong understanding of Azure environments, specifically IAM (Okta) and IGA (SailPoint) integrations.
• Proven track record in vendor management and cross-agency collaboration.
• Excellent executive reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
