Description

Lead complex programs across product development and third-party vendor management workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project initiatives, including SOW creation, approval processes, and execution.
• Drive cross-functional deliverables by coordinating between product management, engineering, and external vendors.
• Monitor program progress using information dashboards to track project execution, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage workstream dependencies, change management, escalations, and risk resolution.
• Oversee financial tracking, including investment forecasting and measurement against operating plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• SME in Agile practices and product management execution.
• Proficiency with Rally, Aha, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and contractual agreements.
• Strong understanding of IT product development and deployment processes.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and change management.
• Experience with financial data, fund management, and credit management.
• Expertise in creating PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder reporting.
