Description

Lead the full lifecycle management of large, complex programs spanning multiple business and technology organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Partner with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders to communicate program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, staffing requirements, and financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage cross-functional dependencies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong experience with enterprise program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive communications.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large enterprise digital transformation or IT modernization programs.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project management certifications.
• Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and distributed project teams.
