Description

Owns the end-to-end management of manufacturing IT programs, from initiation through closing, ensuring alignment with ANSI/ISA-95 standards and Opcenter MES functionalities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Manage workforce allocation and resource planning to maximize productivity across multiple project teams.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, manage dependencies, and monitor the critical path to ensure quality and adherence to standard methodologies.
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders to assess pros and cons, communicate status, and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Conduct postmortems to capture lessons learned, mentor associates, and develop assessment protocols for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Deep understanding of the ANSI/ISA-95 Manufacturing Operations Model and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MES (formerly Camstar) or similar MES platforms.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, funding channels, and resource allocation for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate, motivate, and direct project teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for interacting with managers, stakeholders, and assurance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
