Description

You will lead the technical implementation and delivery of transaction monitoring applications within a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the Actimize transaction monitoring system, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality requirements.
• Manage the project lifecycle by identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product Managers, Business teams, and Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain cross-team and cross-company project plans to track deliverables and program metrics.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and potential impacts to stakeholders through regular reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading third-party software implementations, specifically in financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs involving cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining integrated project plans across multiple companies and teams.
• Experience managing RAID logs and driving decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in working with Product Managers and technical engineering teams.
• Background in AML or transaction monitoring applications.
• Agile methodologies and ScrumMaster practices.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Actimize or similar financial services software.
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance requirements.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications.
