Description

Lead large-scale cloud migration initiatives and manage cross-functional project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Manage program and project teams to optimize return on investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks while producing regular reports for management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in a program management role.
• Strong technical background with direct project experience moving workloads to the cloud.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and client management.
• Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Experience with proposal writing.
• Ability to lead, facilitate, and organize complex project lifecycles.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• WebMethods experience.
