Description

Required Experience:
• 9+ years of experience in program/project management
• Experience developing project estimates for planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and enhancement efforts
• Strong experience managing full lifecycle enterprise projects
• Proven ability to monitor milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions
• Experience managing program metrics, reporting, and governance
• Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience including Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional coordination
• Experience managing scope, resource planning, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work with Shared Services and enterprise delivery teams
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred:
• Government/Public sector experience
• Enterprise application modernization experience
• Strong SDLC and PM methodology knowledge
