Description

You will lead a technical team in the design, programming, and maintenance of complex client/server and web-based information systems. Manage IT task initiation, prioritization, and approval workflows. Own the release management process to ensure effective software deployment and support. Document Application Project Management progress using the Application Support Scrum Board. Evaluate business objectives to determine the feasibility, cost, and compatibility of system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff through the full lifecycle of system design, analysis, debugging, and modification.
• Liaise between network staff, department managers, and project review teams to facilitate service delivery.
• Manage software release performance and coordinate development cycles.
• Track project status and prepare technical summaries for senior management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Proven experience in Project and Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Application Project Management (APM) and release management.
• Ability to manage software release performance and coordinate development cycles.
• Proficiency in tracking project status and preparing technical summaries for senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
