Description

You will direct project team tasks and ensure the application of PMO standards, tools, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project and program plans, including estimates for planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and phases to maintain adherence to schedules.
• Prepare periodic status reports for program teams, leads, and stakeholders.
• Tailor and baseline program templates and ensure all scope changes follow documented processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Direct experience applying PMO standards and methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and adjust project estimates and timelines.
• Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Skill in performing software quality assurance work product and process reviews.
• Ability to conduct formal program management evaluation reviews with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience overseeing stakeholder communications and conflict management.
• Conducting program management inspections.
