Description

You will manage IT needs for assigned business segments through staff and subordinate managers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategy, planning, funding, and product delivery for business segments and technology partners.
• Maintain a technology roadmap with consensus from both business and technology segments.
• Oversee end-to-end technology project execution, including resource planning and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Manage financial transparency for the segment, covering labor and non-labor forecasting and planning for initiatives and base operations.
• Evaluate business drivers and priorities to communicate requirements across the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management or IT leadership.
• Proven track record in technology strategy development and execution.
• Experience in resource planning and end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in financial forecasting and budget planning for IT operations.
• Ability to manage and lead subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Experience partnering with enterprise architecture teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
