Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of highly complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with the Data Center IT Plan and customer requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, from resource identification to execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders and customers to define requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
• Lead project teams, providing coaching and direction to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive project management experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on project management experience in technology environments.
• Proven track record with software refresh, app development, infrastructure refresh, and cloud technology projects.
• Adept in traditional project management, Agile, iterative, and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage project budgets, cost projections, and resource estimates.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for interacting with business and technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in budgeting and cost projections.
