Description

Lead integration product teams to execute business cases, contracts, and NPI activities while ensuring delivery meets scope and quality requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integration Product Teams across Design Engineering, QA, Commercial, and Operations.
• Manage customer interactions regarding design changes, performance challenges, and risk recovery.
• Execute program changes to comply with contractual requirements and monitor via PPS reporting.
• Develop Program Improvement Plans focusing on cost, pricing, redesign, and Zero Defects Manufacturing.
• Update Sales/Demand Plans and initiate demand management for serial purchase orders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Proven program management and project management experience.
• Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Experience in team building and customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting Program Directors with Lifecycle Gate reviews.
• Strong understanding of risk, issue, and opportunity management.
