Description

You will drive cross-functional alignment, coordinate build readiness with OEMs, and lead executive communications while reporting KPI metrics via dashboards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and OEM partners.
• Coordinate build readiness and execution phases with external manufacturing partners.
• Lead executive communications regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational metrics and program health.
• Manage program risks and ensure process engineering standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product development.
• Strong background in manufacturing or process engineering environments.
• Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and risk management.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau for data analysis and dashboarding.
