Description

You will lead the end-to-end management of GCP discovery engagements to ensure alignment with cloud strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GCP discovery phase by developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud architects, engineers, security experts, and business stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, tracking costs against financial plans and optimizing resource utilization across workstreams.
• Identify technical and operational risks early, developing mitigation strategies to prevent impact on program timelines.
• Oversee the creation of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, cost estimates, and migration strategies.
• Facilitate Agile delivery by managing Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience managing cloud-related projects or programs.
• Proven experience leading cloud discovery or migration engagements (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and data migration strategies.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple vendors and distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies.
