Description

You own strategic portfolio management, governance, and process standardization for D&CX initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master roadmaps aligning portfolio investments with organizational priorities.
• Lead portfolio reporting and monthly operating reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Manage the D&CX intake process and resource allocation decisions.
• Drive process excellence by standardizing PMO-led initiatives and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies and remove barriers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong expertise in strategic portfolio management and roadmap development.
• Proven ability to lead annual planning processes and operating reviews.
• Experience in portfolio governance, change control, and resource allocation.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Background in digital transformation or customer experience initiatives.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or portfolio management certification.
• Advanced degree (MBA or related field).
