Description

Lead large-scale IT change initiatives and strategic departmental programs, with a specific focus on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value strategic IT change initiatives within large, multi-national environments.
• Deliver corporate ERP initiatives, specifically Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Manage statistical and financial data to drive program outcomes and decisions.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive project execution and delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven track record delivering ERP initiatives.
• Deep expertise in one or more Agile project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CLM and ERP systems.
• Strong business acumen in Finance and Legal Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
