You will manage end-to-end technical project plans, ensuring scope, goals, and deliverables are met.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and implementation, managing resource allocation and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance on secure coding practices for C/C++ and Client NonStop environments.
• Oversee Client NonStop DBA performance tuning and technical administration.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while conducting regular reviews and post-mortem analyses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management.
• Strong developer background in C and C++.
• Hands-on experience with Unix and Linux environments.
• Deep knowledge of Client NonStop, specifically HPNS DBA.
• Specialized knowledge in HPNS DBA performance tuning.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• PRINCE2 certification.
