Description

You will manage data center deployment programs and ensure operational readiness.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Streamline launch schedules by assessing and refining procedures with internal and external partners.
• Provide operational perspective on new data center designs to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Represent Operations teams during end-to-end construction projects and design review meetings.
• Manage third-party maintenance supplier contracts and agreement setups.
• Develop reports and tooling to communicate project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Program Manager role.
• 3+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities and infrastructures.
• 3+ years of experience in a 24x7x365 production environment.
• 3+ years of experience in data center design, construction, commissioning, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of design, construction, and commissioning techniques, terminology, and documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related work experience.
• Ability to initiate, drive, and deliver projects while analyzing complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
• 2+ years of experience with reporting and data analytics platforms like PowerBI.
• Practical experience with building management systems, automation, controls, and frameworks.
