Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream program, establishing the vision, structure, and execution strategy. You will drive alignment across product, engineering, UX, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring accountability at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the program operating model, including cadence, governance, and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master roadmap, managing cross-workstream dependencies and quarterly re-planning.
• Lead steering committees and governance forums, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
• Drive program budget, forecasting, and financial tracking while overseeing vendor performance and contracts.
• Coach product and project managers on best practices, addressing gaps in performance and execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Deep expertise in program governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead with authority and influence without direct control.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
