Manage a portfolio of interconnected projects to achieve specific program objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and monitor project strategies to define suitable objectives.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and lead project managers and staff.
• Control project deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management principles across the program.
• Resolve high-scope issues and report to directors and clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• BE / B Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Primavera.
• Working knowledge of MS Project.
